Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 Hours, we only ship from Monday thru Friday and no shipment occur on weekends or holidays. In some cases, we experiencing a high volume of orders, and in this case your order may expect some delays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders over $69 USD ships for free with economy carrier, if you order is less than $69 shipping cost will be provided to you at the time of checkout. Domestic shipping timeframe is between 3 to 5 days after shipment, unless you select prioritized shipping which cost you more. In most cases shipping cost would be around $3.99, however cost of shipping can be calculated at the time of checkout. We can ship your item almost every address, contingency that your billing address matches your shipping address.

Forwarding:

Please note, once you place the order and order confirmed, you can not change the shipping address, even for forwarding, your package will be bounced back to us and you will be responsible for re-stocking fee and shipping cost.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Luvitan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Luvitan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
